Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely, spacious rooms full of quaint touches, perfect for a cozy evening with a flat screen and DVD setup if desired. The service is exceptional, with a very friendly and accommodating staff providing lots of helpful information. The location is beautifully secluded, with a unique mix of landscapes. Dining options vary in quality depending on the staff, but the hotel's features make up for it.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were wonderfully spotless, private, and beautiful with a lovely private garden, offering lots of character and being well-equipped. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making it a standout feature of the stay. The peaceful and attractive location was just what I needed for a relaxing getaway despite slight disappointments. The dining experience was a mix of highlights and letdowns, greatly dependent on the staff on duty. Overall, a satisfying stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a charming mix of dry Canary Islands landscapes with a touch of Indonesian flair, beautifully transformed into a Balinese temple area with lovely gardens and Asian antiquities. While the rooms were very noisy due to sound traveling easily, they did boast a powerful shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was incredible, offering a variety of local dishes and delicious made-to-order eggs and pastries. The hotel's location was central, making it convenient to explore Lanzarote's attractions by car and access interesting hikes nearby.
